
This is the dress I made for Sophie's christening. I looked at some dresses to buy for her, but to be honest I thought they were a little old fashioned and also, SOOOO expensive. It's a bubble skirt with a tie around the back to make it a little more fitted. I hate zips so this is just a 'pop over the head' jobbie. I also made a pin on the front which is a yoyo and fabric covered button made in the same fabric as the dress.

I'm sure you'll agree that she looks just adorable! If I had been more organised, she would have had matching shoes and headband...but I wasn't :( It's her birthday in three months...maybe, by then I will have made her a dress with all the accessories...
